- Pay $11-$13 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities Include:
Check-in and check-out guests with a welcoming attitude
Have a positive and hospitable attitude towards our guests
Willing to learn and co-operate with other staff
Behave professionally in a working environment
Assist the needs of guests to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
Be proficient on a computer to manage the reservation systems
Address and handle complex reservations
Help plan out activities around the Houston area for our guests
Reply to customer emails and phone calls in a professional manner
Assist with cleaning and maintaining rooms, lobby and common areas
Skills/Qualifications:
Customer service experience preferred
Must enjoy working with the public and be able to professionally handle any conflicts, guest issues, or emergencies that may arise.
Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively without immediate supervision
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Hostel or Hotel experience preferred
Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as schedule requires
Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
2nd language a plus
