WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN AND OUT?
Check in is between 3-9:00 PM, check out is before 11 AM. You may arrive after 9pm, as long as you email us the morning of your check in and complete the late check form.
THIS PLACE LOOKS COOL, BUT WHAT EXACTLY IS A HOSTEL?
Hostels are budget-friendly accommodations focused on community and share social experiences. We offer 4 private rooms and 4 dorm rooms (including an all female dorm). Everyone has 24 hour access to our kitchen and lounge areas and guests are encouraged to cook together and hang out together on site. By staying with us, you save money and meet new friends! It’s a win-win!
IS THERE A HAIR DRYER,TOWEL,WASH RAG AND IRONING BOARD IN MY ROOM?
Hair dryers, irons and ironing board can be borrowed from the reception desk for no extra charge. Towels and wash rags are placed on each bed.
CAN I BOOK WITH A GROUP?
We love groups! We can accommodate groups up to 27 people in 4 private & 4 shared rooms. Contact our reservations team by e-mail at Reservations.Houston@WanderstayHotels.com
CAN I HAVE A LATE CHECK OUT?
You can request a late check out at the reception on the day of the check out. If a late check out is possible, the cost will be $10 for an hour late departure which is a 12 pm check out.
CAN I RENT A BIKE?
Yes, you can rent a bike at the reception desk for a small fee.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK IN EARLY?
We can not guarantee an early check in so we recommend you call or email us the morning of your check-in to see if a early check-in will be possible.
I DON’T HAVE A CREDIT CARD, CAN I STILL BOOK A ROOM?
All rooms must be booked on YOUR debit or credit card. (No pre-paid cards and no third party bookings)
I WANT TO STAY FOR A FEW WEEKS. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
We do offer short term stays for guests in town for educational or professional reasons. If you’d like to book a room for over 2 weeks, please send an email to Reservations.Houston@WanderstayHotels. com
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A 3-day cancellation period applies for individuals. A 14-day cancellation period applies to all group bookings.
I AM A LOCAL, CAN I STAY AT YOUR PROPERTY ?
Staycations are awesome, and we love when locals come crash with us! There are just a few things: #1) Locals can NOT book a same day reservation, bookings must be made at least 48 hrs (2 days) in advance #2) Locals can only book one of our private rooms 3) Locals may stay a max of 2 nights
WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY STAY?
When you book a room, you will automatically be charged for one night. After paying the first night, you can pay for the remainder of your stay at anytime leading up to your visit. Please note, all nights must be paid for before checking in.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT TO CHECK IN?
Yes, all guests need to be over the age of 17, with a valid ID to stay at any of our properties. (With the exception of group/full venue rental bookings in which all guests must be aged 14 and up )
IS THERE SECURED PARKING AVAILABLE?
We do have gated parking available on a first come, first served basis for a small fee. There is free street parking to accommodate all others.
HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM THE AIRPORT?
We are 16 minutes from Hobby International Airport (9.1 miles) and 27 minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport (19.4 miles).
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Sorry, we do not allow any pets. (Except service animals with proper documentation. This does NOT include emotional support animals)

CAN I GET PACKAGES SENT TO THE HOSTEL?
For the safety of our staff and guests, we can only accept packages while you are an official guest of ours. This means you must be checked in and currently staying with us. We can NOT accept packages before you check-in or after you’ve checked out.
